The Epiwin platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and balance figures are all denominated in PKR. We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other local payment methods. Currency conversion is not applied — what you deposit in PKR is credited in PKR.

One account only: Each player may hold one registered account on Epiwin. Your Epiwin account is personal to you. You may not share your account with another person, allow another person to access your account, or transfer your account to any third party. Any bets or transactions made through your account are your responsibility, regardless of who placed them.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after account verification is complete. Processing times are communicated at the time of the withdrawal request. Withdrawals are sent to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit or verified as belonging to you. We do not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods that have not been verified as yours.
Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Players on higher VIP tiers may have access to increased withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
Fees: Epiwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction fees. Epiwin is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which will include wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits and any other relevant conditions.
Wagering requirements: Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
Eligible games: Not all games on the Epiwin platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot Games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward clearing a wagering requirement, while Live Casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual bonus terms.
Bonus abuse: Epiwin monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing bets that exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated time period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games available in the Epiwin Game Lobby, Live Casino and Slot Games sections are provided by third-party game developers and studios. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Epiwin is not the developer of these games and is not responsible for errors or malfunctions in game software, though we will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve any reported issues.
Sports betting: Bets placed through the Bet section of Epiwin are subject to the specific rules for each market, sport and event type. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — Football and Esports markets each have their own settlement rules. These are displayed within the relevant betting market. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled except where specifically permitted by the market rules (for example, certain in-play bet cancellation windows).
Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, or where a market was offered in error. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet and single-session winnings limits apply across all game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. Where a win exceeds the applicable limit, only the maximum permitted amount will be credited.
System errors: In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, Epiwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will communicate clearly with affected players in such circumstances.
